FOR INDEPENDENT TUTORS

A clear parent update.
A head start on the next lesson.

Show the family what the learner did and what to practise next. Keep your private notes and next-lesson plan ready for when you return.

Try the free builder

A useful update in three parts.

Enter observations from a lesson. No student names or email signup needed.

Your draft

Today we worked on Equivalent fractions.

What I observed: Matched halves and quarters independently in three examples.

Practice before next time: Draw two diagrams showing one half as two quarters.

Select and copy your draft. Review it before sending it yourself.

Like your draft? Keep the lesson behind it.

The offline toolkit saves the goal, observations and next step together. Private tutor notes stay out of the parent update.

One purchase for your own tutoring practice. No recurring bill.

Before you buy

Will it email parents or assess learners for me?

No. You supply the observations, review the report and send it yourself. The tool does not grade learners or promise progress.

Where do my records live?

Saved lessons stay in your browser storage. Use initials or aliases and export backups regularly. Clearing browser data can erase saved records. This is not an encrypted student-records system.

What if it does not fit my workflow?

Try the free builder first. If you buy and it does not suit you, request a refund within 14 days at info@brandealz.com, using the subject Tutor Note Kit and your purchase email.

Can I recover my download?

Bookmark your private delivery page and keep your receipt. Email info@brandealz.com with your purchase email if you need help. Never send card details or student records.

Share observations, not labels.

“Solved three examples without a prompt” tells a family more than “doing well”. Add the level of support needed, then one manageable practice task. Keep confidential notes separate.

Use initials or aliases, keep backups secure and check the intended recipient before sharing a report. Nothing entered in the free builder is saved or sent by this tool.
